RETURNS & REFUNDS
We carefully pack all of our products and have had made specialist mug boxes for transportation of singular mugs. It is important to check the delivery of breakable objects before signing for receipt of the delivery. If the driver will not wait for an inspection then get them to list the package as damaged. You must let us know about the damages within 7 days of delivery. If an item does arrive to you damaged take the following steps
- Take a photograph of all the damaged items
- Email the photo along with the details of the courier and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will take a look at your claim and try to rectify or replace the damaged products for you.
You Supplied Your Own Artwork – If you supplied your own artwork you will be held responsible to make sure that it meets the guidelines. No replacements or refunds will be offered. We can help you re-design your layout and re-order your products, design and layout is charged at £65 per hour.
We Created Your Artwork – If we created the artwork for you and there is an issue with how the product has been cut we will arrange to have this fixed for you and will replace the product free of charge. In some cases we may ask you to either photograph the issue and email it to us or post us an example.
Deposits paid for commissioned work are non-refundable.
We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase from us. Faulty items will be replaced or credited to your account.
