• Each card measures the standard 85mm x 55mm and offers options for single or double-sided spot UV printing, with premium lamination included for a polished finish.
• Rounded corners are not available on Spot UV printing.
• For best results, we recommend that you do not use Spot UV on small text or thin lines, as there is a registration tolerance of approximately ±0.5 mm in the Spot UV process. Spot UV is recommended for larger, solid areas as this has a greater impact on the overall design. See the technical specifications below for more help on creating a Spot UV business card successfully. We also recommend not going edge-to-edge for premium results.

Artwork Guide

• Finished size is 85mm x 55mm.
• Please allow a 3mm bleed on all sides
• 3mm minimum safe zone/margin on all edges (5mm for an artwork border with an even finish)
• Supply as a CMYK PDF
• All fonts must be outlined or embedded
• Resolution must be 300 dpi.

Top Tip: To get double-sided printing with Spot UV on one side, simply select our double-sided cards.
