The biggest challenge wasn't the design. It was that parents could no longer find the business.
Organic visibility had declined significantly, reducing the number of people discovering the tuition centre through Google.
The priority wasn't simply to redesign the website, but to understand why visibility had been lost and rebuild a platform that better reflected both customer needs and search intent.
