Every decision was made around simplifying that journey. Product categories replaced unnecessary navigation, predictive search reduced friction and playful design elements reinforced the Duck Smart personality without getting in the way of shopping.
At the same time, we considered the needs of trade customers, ensuring the platform worked just as well for businesses placing regular orders as it did for first-time retail buyers.
